The Create Business Intranet

The Create Business package can be provided either as an intranet or an extranet, depending upon whether an internal or hosted solution is required.

Below is a short overview of the features included in the Create Business intranet. We also provide additional software products from the Create Business software suite which can be added into the intranet package. For further details, please see our additional products page.


Intranet Features

Unique user login- Users have individual access the intranet by entering the username and password, which defines what they are able to see and do.

Contact Management - Each user and contact will have a contact profile, allowing other users to search for and read their contact details, whether they are internal staff or clients, and which projects they have been involved in.

Internal Messaging - The internal messaging system can be used to provide a means of communication between users, but can also be used to update project notes with necessary information so that project teams are kept up to date.

Internal News - The news section can be updated to display regular company news updates to all staff, which is fully updatable through the intranet admin area.

Diary - Users will also have access to their own calendar, and also to the company calendar, meaning that they will be better able to plan projects and communicate with other staff and clients.

Project Area - The project area allows staff to create a project for a client, allocate staff to the project, record communications and progress of the project and view and amend project critical documents.

Business Documents - The documents area enables businesses to store procedural and policy documents for staff to view and also download documents such as holiday request forms and sickness forms.

Search - The intranet comes with a powerful search feature, enabling you to find contact and project details at the touch of a button.

Fully Backed Up - Our software is backed up regularly to ensure that your data is not lost in the event of a system failure.
